• Utilized the Nutrition Care Process to asses, diagnose, and monitor patients in a 162-bed, community-teaching hospital along with an interdisciplinary team.

• Worked in clinical, patient services, and clinical nutrition management roles.

• Completed a professional research presentation entitled, "The Microbiome-Gut-Brain Axis and Probiotics Supplementation: Implications for Dementia and Alzheimer’s Disease."

Covenant Living at the Shores Retirement Community • Mercer Island, WA

• Worked along side nursing staff, care coordinators, and dietary staff to manage resident needs.

• Applied the Nutrition Care Process to patients in the skilled nursing, memory care, and rehabilitation center and completed required MDS reporting.

• Presented on the importance of nutrition for better sleep at a monthly wellness talk.
